Dr. Griffith is a pastor, professor, husband, worship leader, singer, and lover of all things Jesus!
As the Childrens, Youth & Young Adult Director for
the conference, Dr. Griffith oversees all youth work conference-wide, supports youth ministry leaders,
sets the vision for each year, advocates for all young people in our territory, and is the leading learner for the advancement of youth. In his moments of self-care, he enjoys traveling with his wife (Cavena), baseball (NY Yankees), and spending time with his family. Dr. G, as many call him, is grateful to lead the young people of the Allegheny East Conference with his expertise
and God's guidance.
Daeshawn GRAY is a speaker, author, educator, and lover of all things Jesus! With a background in trauma-informed care and as a specialist in youth programming. As the Associate Childrens, Youth & Young Adult Director Mr. Gray supports
in overseeing the operations and goals for all 14 programs under the Youth Department and aids
in creative engagement for the young people conference-wide. In his free time, Mr. Gray enjoys hiking, thrill-seeking adventures, and adding
new countries to his list of those visited. Mr. Gray is elated to support in leading the young people
of the Allegheny East Conference!
MRS. ORIEN CLAIRMONT is a Certified Life & Children’s Coach, mother, educator, and lover of all things Jesus! With 25 years of experience in the Youth
Services field, Mrs. O brings a wealth of knowledge
in youth work and organizational structure. As the Administrative Assistant for the Youth Department,
she assists and offers thought leadership to enhance the work done for the young people of
the Allegheny East Conference. Mrs. O loves spending time with her grandchildren, adding
new purple items to her collection, and enjoying sunny weather. She cherishes having a helping
hand in the spiritual development and growth
of young people!
