This training track is designed for leaders who are serious about growing a thriving youth or young adult ministry—whether you're launching a new ministry or revitalizing one that already exists. Through multiple sessions across the weekend, you’ll receive practical guidance, creative strategies, and spiritual insights to strengthen your leadership and impact.

• Adventurer Instructor Track Designed for those who teach Adventurer classes, this track equips instructors with creative methods, classroom management tools, and spiritual strategies to effectively guide children ages 4–9 in faith-based learning and character development.
• Adventurer Director Track This leadership-focused track prepares Adventurer Club Directors to organize, manage, and grow successful clubs. Training includes program planning, staff supervision, parental engagement, and understanding the spiritual and developmental needs of young children.
• Pathfinder Instructor Certification This track is tailored for individuals teaching Pathfinder honors or classwork. It provides practical instruction on curriculum delivery, engaging teaching techniques, and integrating spiritual growth into hands-on learning for ages 10–15.
• Pathfinder Director Certification Designed for club directors and those in leadership, this certification track covers club administration, planning annual programs, safety protocols, team building, and mentoring youth for spiritual, social, and leadership development.
• Pathfinder Counselor Certification This track prepares counselors to serve as trusted mentors and spiritual guides for Pathfinder youth. Participants will learn how to provide guidance, support discipline positively, and help Pathfinders complete classwork and honors with excellence.
• Master Guide Track The highest level of youth ministry leadership certification, this track trains individuals to serve across Adventurer, Pathfinder, and Youth Ministries. It emphasizes servant leadership, mentoring, personal spiritual growth, and evangelism strategies, preparing leaders to disciple the next generation with passion and purpose.
