The Pathfinder year runs from August 1 to July 31. It is $5 per pathfinder until October 31. Then
it is $10 per pathfinder. If it is

Yes. We do not take this ceremony lightly. After each review, your Area Coordinator will let you know which pathfinders were successful and
are ready for Investiture. Your Area Coordinator will prepare and present the certificates to the pathfinders during the ceremony. The Investiture pins are the club’s responsibility
to have ready for investiture. To conclude the ceremony, the designated Executive Committee member will give the charge
before prayer.

Yes. Each Area offers drilling camps but if you want to have a more intimate training, AEC’s Drill Coordinator and or Assistant Drill Coordinator can come to your

We require uniformity. If one girl wears a skirt, they all should wear skirts. The same as if one wears socks, they should all wear socks. Our preference is that in the sanctuary, females wear skirts. However, we do understand that females in the drum corp may feel more comfortable wearing pants while playing. Otherwise, pants are allowed at training, out in the field, parades, etc. The key again is Uniformity

Yes. Pathfinders has a teen leadership program that starts
at 9th grade. So while they are completing their Voyager and Guide requirements, they can
start Teen Leadership training (TLT). During their 11th and 12th grade years, they can continue with the special operation requirements in the teen leadership program. TLTs wear
the same Class A uniform. However, they add a red/black intertwined cord onto their right sleeve. This is the universal recognition that this pathfinder
is a teen leader.

Yes. TLTs start as a pathfinder. Therefore, they pay annual dues
as a pathfinder. However, due to
their extra activities, there is an additional $10 annual fee per TLT. Therefore, TLTs pay $15/year. With that charge, they will receive their Induction Certificates, Promotion Pins and Certificates as well as their AEC TLT shirt which they wear when volunteering as a TLT within their clubs, area and
conference level.
